Catherine has been at Glo since March of 2014. Her work has been published in several outlets, such as Westchester Magazine, EA Bridal & Wedding Chicks. Her extensive training at top salons in Westchester before Glo, in addition to continuing her education by taking several advanced classes a year, has now lead her to become an educator herself to fellow hairstylists.
Catherine specializes in a start to finish look. Her passion is customizing colors, cuts and styling that cater to each clients wants and needs. Sitting in her chair is a full experience, starting with a thorough consultation. This helps her create that perfected look that brings out the best in their hair and works with their lifestyle. She believes in educating her clients in areas such as product and hair knowledge, and styling tips. Upon leaving her chair, you will have much more than just a new color and haircut.

From a young age, Gabriella knew she wanted to be in the beauty industry. Now, with five years of detail-oriented training under celebrity stylists’, Gabriella is working towards being a lead colorist in Westchester. Her work is known to be natural-looking and easy to maintain. She specializes in all color, including balayage & highlights, as well as certified in keratin treatments and, of course, polishing her finished products with the perfect styling. Once in her chair, you won’t want to leave, however once you do, you’ll realize you always leave with shiny, gorgeous hair & a smile on your face!
Caity's career at Glo started in 2015. She sees makeup as a way to make men and women alike bring their inner creativity and beauty to life. She loves to dive into the funky, strange, & fantastical side of makeup, but is equally as passionate about bridal and beauty.
Caity's journey into the beauty industry began in 2013 when she studied makeup at the Mai Lee Beauty Academy in London, UK. Since then, her work has been seen at NYFW, the Tony Awards, and down the aisle at many local weddings. Her enthusiasm for the makeup world is limitless and she has a strong desire to learn and keep up with the latest trends. She is professional, friendly, and strongly believes in attentively listening to the client in order to create a look that makes them feel their very best.

Kristina started with Glo when it opened in June 2013 specializing in styling and cuts for both women and men. Currently, she has become one of our top stylists for bridal and special occasion hair in addition to hair-cutting. Kristina realized that her calling was hairdressing at a young age. She started out working for a small salon where, at the same time, she was able to became Goldwell certified and perfect her work. She made the move to the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon in White Plains next, where she continued to learn new techniques. While there, she was chosen to travel to New York City with the company to design hairstyles for Spring and Fall Mercedes-Benz Fashion Weeks in 2011, 2012 and 2013 – a high honor.

Daniela has been with Glo since early 2014. Her career in makeup started over fifteen years ago, and in addition to working with Glo and running her own freelance business, she's busy being a mother to two amazing boys.
After receiving her cosmetology license at BOCES in 2000 she continued her education at the Westmore Academy in Burbank, California. To expand her knowledge of products and techniques even wider, she chose to work as an artist at Sephora and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Wanting a change, Daniela decided to leave the retail world to freelance a few years later. With this choice, her passion for makeup and creativity flourished, while she also joined a dermatologist team as the medical assistant where she learned the ins and outs of the skin and body. This education gave her a boost in the makeup field. After her second son was born she decided to freelance full time, giving her the opportunity to travel and learn from many other talented makeup artists while she worked on films, photo shoots, bridal and other special events.
Daniela's style is glamourous. She connects with each client effortlessly, and makes sure to bring out their inner beauty with each customized look.
Nadia has been with Glo since May 2017. Her career in makeup began in 2013, where she was certified by the NY School of Esthetics in Advanced Makeup Artistry. She started as a makeup artist for Lancome at Bloomingdale's where she then became a certified Lancome Beauty Advisor through multiple classes and trainings. This further sparked her passion and love for makeup. Nadia decided to leave retail in 2017 and continue her makeup career with Glo where she now freelances on and off-site. She works towards any style her client requests, from natural and soft, to bold and dramatic. Her friendly and professional personality, mixed with her skill to listen to each clients request, lets her deliver to them their own unique style. Whether it's for a girls night out or their wedding day, she loves creating looks that leave her clients feeling beautiful!
Claudia Valente Fortunato has been friends with Heather Adessa for over 20 years, and after reconnecting in early 2017, has become part of the Glo team! Her interest with hair and makeup started 19 years ago when she attended the Barbizon Modeling and Acting School. In 2002 she received her Cosmetology license from BOCES and started working on her own, but also collaborated with other well-known artists specializing in bridal hair & makeup. Her experience includes salons in Westchester and New York City as well as working with MORE Magazine, fashion photo shoots, hair & makeup for TV, theater, proms, bridal and other occasions. She’s high-spirited and fun and loves to inspire her beauty techniques and cheerful personality not only to her clients, but to her family and friends as well. Most importantly, she takes pride in making people feel their very best and have an unforgettable experience!
Melissa, who started with Glo in 2015, is a makeup artist with over seven years' experience. After training at the Lia Schorr Institute of Cosmetic Skin Care, Melissa started working at Benefit Cosmetics, where she learned additional techniques and gained even more product knowledge. After three years of dedication to the company, she decided to leave to freelance.
She is passionate about her work and loves to create looks that leave her clients looking and feeling beautiful on the inside and out. She is more known for her natural-looking makeup, but can proficiently create any look that is desired by the client. She strives to be dependable and accommodating, and her friendly, yet professional, approach to makeup always puts her clients at ease.

Leah has been working at Glo Beauty Bar since 2014. Soon after meeting Heather she began working under her guidance where she expanded her knowledge in makeup artistry.
While attending college at SUNY Oneonta for Education, Leah assisted with makeup applications at the salon, as well as, worked with Glo for off-site events such as the BetterU Grand Finale Event at Stamford Hospital and the Kent State & NY Film Academy's Final Fashion Look-books.
Leah is inspired by YouTube artists Jaclyn Hill, Casey Holmes, and Manny MUA. These artists continuously motivate and guide her to bring the most current makeup artistry and styles to all of her clients. She enjoys working with clients of all ages to achieve a flawless look for every occasion- whether it is a full-face glam makeup application with the perfect amount of highlight, or a radiant, natural look. Leah is a full-time teacher in the Bronx, but looks forward to the makeup appointments booked for her at the salon or off-site.
